Charges beyond the price

Any internet connection charges are borne by the purchaser.

Payment method and timing

Payment is taken through the payment method registered to your Apple ID. It is committed when the purchase completes; when it is actually charged is determined by Apple or your payment provider.

Delivery

The app is available to download or use immediately after payment completes.

Returns, cancellation and refunds

Because these are digital goods, returns and cancellations after a completed purchase are not accepted as a rule. Refunds for apps bought on the App Store are handled by Apple and decided under Apple’s own process. Where an app has a serious defect, or where the law otherwise requires it, the operator may also arrange a refund.
